Booths are assigned on a first-come first-served basis after payment has been made; however, booths 300, 301, 400, and 401 are reserved for platinum and gold sponsors until April 3, 2017. After this date, booths will be assigned in the order of receipt of application and payment.

Cancellation Policy

Fifty percent of the full fees are refundable (or in the case of unpaid purchase orders, invoices adjusted) for cancellations received via fax or in writing by June 23, 2017. Cancellations received after June 23, 2017 are nonrefundable. (Please note that if your organization fails to cancel by the deadline and does not attend, your organization is still responsible for payment.)
